  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-3cm chunks
  • Brindisa Arbequina olive oil

METHOD

  1. Heat oven to 200°C.
  2. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on an oiled a roasting tray.
  3. Brush potatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt and .
  4. Bake until golden and crisp - about 45 minutes.
  5. Warm the Salsa Brava through in a saucepan until hot.
  6. Spoon over Salsa Brava sauce and Alioli.
