ingredients

  • 4 black garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Brindisa Arbequina extra virgin olive oil
IN STOCK
  • Maldon salt
  • 1 handful of radishes

  4. Divide the salad between two plates and dot the pieces of black garlic from the dressing.
  5. Sprinkle with the almonds and lemon zest and garnish with the coriander.
