- 125g Alemany Soft Turron

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 50ml milk
- 200g whipping cream
- Icing sugar
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 220C.
- Cut the sheet of pastry in half, then cut each half into 3 equally sized rectangles (total of 6 sheets).
- Place the pastry on a lined baking sheet and prick 4 of the sheets (for the base and middle layers) with a fork. Bake the pastry until golden brown (10-15 mins) then leave to cool.
- Break the turron up into a blender, pour in the milk and blend to a paste.
- Whip the cream to soft peaks. Fold through the turron paste. If the cream loosens, whip again to soft peaks.
- Place 1 sheet of the pricked puff pastry on a serving dish and spoon the turron mousse on top. Repeat with the second piece of the pricked puff pastry, then place the pastry lid on top. Repeat with the other 3 sheets.
- Sprinkle icing sugar and cinnamon over the top and serve straight away.
