Their cured wild boar is made from whole loins which are rubbed with rosemary, black pepper and little nutmeg then slowly matured. Artemonte’s cured wild boar slices combines the close, lean texture of wild game with a sweet mellow flavour.
Open the pack 15-30 minutes before serving. This allows the loin slices to breathe and come to room temperature.
