This Black Angus pastrami is hot smoked for 18 hours and made in an artisanal and traditional way.
We recommend steaming it, or running the pack under hot water, before serving to get an even more mellow texture and allow the fat to melt. Try it with pickles, mustard and granary bread like in Max's Ultimate Pastrami Sandwich. You can watch the recipe video here.
