DESCRIPTION

The Brindisa Cheese Box is a selection of the finest artisan cheeses hand-picked by Rupert Linton, Head of Cheese at Brindisa.

Priced at £45.00 the Brindisa Cheese Box includes; a classic raw milk Manchego (Villarejo Manchego semi-cured)(V); the spicy Valdeon Picos Blue, gooey raw ewes’ milk Torta de Barros, 200g wedge (V) and Musgo Lavado, a washed rind goat's cheese. It also includes the perfect accompaniments: Quince jam, made from quinces, sugar and nothing more, and golden raisins. 

This selection of fine cheeses together makes an exceptional and indulgent cheese board.
