For decades Brindisa has been sourcing some of the best artisan cheeses available in Spain and we have selected our customers' favourites for inclusion in our Classic Cheese Box. 

A classic raw milk Manchego; subltley sweet Cabra del Tietar, which recently won three stars at the Great Taste Awards; a spicy Valdeon blue and a creamy Canarejal Cremoso - together with the accompaniments they make a wonderful cheeseboard.

  • 1 x Villarejo Manchego DOP semi-cured, apx. 375g (Contains MILK and EGG)
  • 1 x Cabra del Tietar semi-cured, apx.220g (Contains MILK and EGG)
  • 1 x Valdeon Picos de Europa IGP, apx. 310g (Contains MILK)
  • 1 x Canarejal Cremoso, apx. 250g (Contains MILK)
  • 1 x Savoury Ships Biscuits, made with butter, 200g (Contains GLUTEN, MILK and SOYA)
  • 1 x Membrillo Quince Paste, apx. 100g

Please remember we have determined that to enjoy the cheeses in optimum condition they should be consumed within the following periods from the time of despatch: 6 days (Picos de Europa); 10 days (Manchego, Cabra del Tietar); 14 days (quince paste); 25 days (Cañarejal Cremoso); 3 months. After these periods the cheeses will still be good to eat but will ripen and develop over time.
