An excellent introduction to Iberico ham, this example is made from the meat of free-ranging iberico pigs from the Sierra de Aracena in Huelva, Andalusia. Their diet of natural grasses and cereals produces delicious meat, which is cured for a minimum of 30 months.
The aromas of the ham are sweet and full, the flavour is intense but well balanced and it has a clean aftertaste. A basic wooden ham stand, carving knife and ham carving DVD are also included.
