To celebrate everyone's favourite Spanish toast, Pan con Tomate, we've put together the ultimate box containing a collection of 5 of Brindisa's best cured foods and the ingredients you need to make traditional Pan con Tomate.

It makes a perfect meal, picnic or even a selection of aperitif snacks.

Serves 6-8. Contains enough to make 32 toasts. Ideal for two delicious family lunches or gourmet lunches for two for a few days. 


You will also need a few cloves of garlic to make the Pan con Tomate - not included in the box.

Topping Tips:

  • Simply place Manchego cheese or salchichon slices on top of the tomato bread
  • Sobrasada is a soft textured, paprika sausage – just spread it on top of the tomato bread. Outstanding if drizzled with a little honey.
  • Serve the sardines or anchovies on top of the tomato bread with a layering alternately with piquillo pepper strips

**The Pan de Coca is frozen but will arrive defrosted and lasts well for up to 3 days, it can be re-frozen with little loss of quality.
