For decades Brindisa has been sourcing some of the best artisan cheeses available in Spain and we have selected cheeses from different regions so you can travel around Spain from your home! With Villarejo, a cheese in the style of a classic Manchego but rubbed with Rosemary for a beautiful herby flavour;  La Peral, a mild, creamy blue; Torta de Barros, a full flavoured cheese with a soft, sometimes liquid interior; perfectly paired with a delicious Fig and Almond slice, it's a great selection for a dinner party or indoor picnic.

Storage: Keep all cheeses refrigerated below 8°C, each of these cheeses lasts 10 days from the date the order is dispatched.  
INGREDIENTS La Peral: MILK, salt, rennet, lactic cultures, stabiliser: E509, calcium chloride, Penicillium Villarejo Rosemary: Raw ewe’s MILK, lactic cultures, calcium chloride, salt, animal rennet, lysozyme (EGG) Rind: ibérico pork lard, rosemary and fresh herbs Torta de Barros: MILK, thistle rennet, salt. Fig and Almond Slice: Pajarero figs (85%) and Marcona ALMONDS. May also contain traces of GLUTEN and other NUTS as these are also prepared at our deli. Warning: May contain shell. STORAGE & CARE Keep all cheeses refrigerated below 8°C. Each of these cheeses lasts 10 days from the date the order is despatched. Fruit wheel should be kept in a cool dry place.
