The Brindisa Cheese Box is a selection of the finest artisan cheeses hand-picked by Rupert Linton, Head of Cheese at Brindisa.

Priced at £45.00 the Brindisa Cheese Box includes; a classic raw milk Manchego (Villarejo Manchego semi-cured)(V); the spicy Valdeon Picos Blue, gooey raw ewes’ milk Torta de Barros, 200g wedge (V) and Musgo Lavado, washed rind goat's milk cheese with an intense aroma. It also included the perfect accompaniments: Quince jam, made from quinces, sugar and nothing more, and golden raisins. 

This selection of fine cheeses together makes an exceptional and indulgent cheese board.
