Made with unpasteurised organic Manchega sheeps' milk and traditional rennet.

Semi-hard texture, the aroma is sweet with buttery and nutty notes. The flavour is round, savoury with herbal and roasted hazelnut notes.

Ideal served with some membrillo or some date and walnut wheel and a glass of medium-bodied red wine like a Tempranillo or a glass of sherry, like Oloroso or Palo Cortado.

Note: Leave at room temperature for at least one hour before eating.
