This ham is made from the meat of free ranging iberico pigs that have been grazing on the pastures of the Sierra de Aracena in Huelva, Andalusia. Their diet of natural grasses and cereals, with the addition of some acorns produces delicious meat.
The aromas of the ham are sweet and full, the flavour is intense but well balanced and it has a clean aftertaste.
