This smooth and light textured goats' curd cheese has a fresh, yogurty taste. Extremely versatile and delicious, it can be used in salads, pasta dishes, spreads and even patisserie.

La Bauma is a small scale artisan dairy in the Empordà region of Catalonia that also makes our very popular Garrotxa cheese. The milk for both cheeses comes from a single farm nearby.
