This duck salchichon is made with wild duck breast and pork belly. It is generously seasoned with salt, plenty of whole black peppercorns and a hint of spice. Hand-made and slowly matured, ArteMonte’s Wild Duck Salchichon has a creamy, melting texture.
Open the pack 15-30 minutes before serving. This allows the loin slices to breathe and come to room temperature.
