Everything needed for two people to enjoy the Spanish tradition that is the aperitivo.
In Spain, the aperitivo is a way of life. Typically enjoyed before the main meal of the day (lunchtime in Spain), it’s a time to socialize, spark conversations and whet your appetite for the dishes to come.
Included are the iconic Perelló Gordal olives, widely recognised by chefs as the finest olives Spain has to offer, new Manzanilla Olives, and Olive and Pickle Cocktail Mix, all staples of Spanish tapas. Each of our new Perelló snacks are marinated with Guindilla chillies, to give them a touch of heat.
Gin Mare, is the Mediterranean bottled. Hand-crafted, it is distilled with olives, rosemary, thyme and basil. This zesty gin pairs effortlessly with the crisp 1724 tonic, which is infused with mandarin and citrus extracts.
The Perfect Serve: Serve your gin and tonic with orange zest and thyme, alongside Gordal olives stuffed with fresh orange slices and a sprinkling of oregano.
