For decades Brindisa has been sourcing some of the best artisan cheeses available in Spain and we have selected our customers' favourites for inclusion in our Classic Cheese Box. These cheeses are freshly cut on the day of despatch and should be refrigerated on receipt and ideally consumed within a week.
A classic raw milk Manchego; subltley sweet Cabra del Tietar, which recently won three stars at the Great Taste Awards; a spicy Valdeon blue and a creamy Canarejal Cremoso - together with the accompaniments they make a wonderful cheeseboard.
