This chickpeas is medium size, yellowish, spherical and has a smooth surface with marked lines. Intensely nutty and with a very fine skin the texture is greasy and delicate when cooked. Planted in mid Winter (February) it is harvested in mid Summer (July) 12h soaking in cool water.
