Sparkling wine made following the traditional Cava method (champanoise) from the Sant Sadurní d'Anoia region in Catalonia, Spain.
Bright yellow in colour, with greenish glints. Extremely aromatic, with blend variety notes. the mouth is delicious with a pleasant, crisp aftertaste.
Grapes: 40% Xarel·lo 35% Macabeu, 40% Parellada 20%.
