Hacienda Grimón reserva, La Rioja DOCa, 75cl

Ruby red in the glass, the nose has aromas of liquorice and ripe red fruits interspersed with sweet roasted notes.
The palate is fresh and marked by flavours of ripe red fruit, liquorice, citrus, vanilla and coconut. The finish is long and intense and marked by mature and elegant tannins.

Best pairings: Iberian ham, roasted red meats, paella or pasta.

Hacienda Grimón is run by the Oliváns, a family with a long winemaking tradition in Rioja. Grimón was established by Paco Oliván who runs the bodega and his brother Eliseo who takes care of the viticulture.
