Made with raw organic Manchega sheeps' milk and traditional rennet.

Iconic Canarian Cheese, made from pasteurised Majorero goats milk and coated in Paprika.

Typical cured goats cheese aroma - blend of sweetness and smokiness. A firm, and dry texture verging on crumbly, with signature red/brown rind due to the Paprika coating.

Very well developed flavours which are creamy, slightly sweet, with a slightly spicy and toasty finish. 

INGREDIENTS Pasteurised goat's MILK, salt, rennet, lactic cultures and calcium chloride. On the rind: paprika, E202 and E235. Inedible rind. STORAGE & CARE Keep refrigerated between 2-8°C, covered with film and consume within 15 days
