A very special soft turrón, similar in flavour and consistency to marzipan, made with candied orange, almonds, eggs and honey. 

The traditional large rectangular shaped sweet, invented in Southern Spain in the nineteen fifties, is called 'pan' because it rises in its mould like a loaf, and has a golden, baked top. The texture is of a soft sliceable marzipan studded with sticky candied orange. 

Made from ground blanched almonds, honey and candied orange producing a sweet, slightly bitter and with citrus touch flavour and a sticky texture. Moist, sticky and moreish.

The perfect post-dinner sweet treat to have with an espresso coffee and/or a chilled dessert wine.
