Jamones FAR are based in a modern, technologically advanced facility in the foothills of the Catalan Pyrenees, but still work to the rhythms of the older, traditional producers. This particular ham is produced in the beautiful surroundings of the Garrotxa Volcanic Natural Park, an area ideal for the production of cured meats due to its altitude and climate.
