This semi-hard, raw, organic goats' milk cheese has a natural rind and a firm white paste and it's made using vegetarian rennet.

Its aroma is reminiscent of cava and oil, with a pleasant balance of acidity, creaminess and bitterness.

This cheese is the perfect addition to any cheese board. Enjoy it with a glass of sherry and a tin of gordal olives to make the perfect aperitivo.
