DESCRIPTION

Turron panettone made in Alicante with authentic turrón de Jijona.

Panettone is an Italian bread/cake with a light and airy texture and a rich, eggy dough. Raul Asencio, whose family have been bakers for 250 years, has created a product which fuses Italian and Spanish traditions by using soft turron as an ingredient.

The result is a light and airy loaf with a soft, rich crumb flavoured with chips of white chocolate and high quality jijona (soft) turron made using the finest Marcona almonds. It has a perfect balance of textures and flavours with hints of citrus fruit and fragrant vanilla.

Enjoy it with your favourite warm drink. From a cup of tea to a hot chocolate, all of them work perfectly!

INGREDIENTS WHEAT flour, sugar, butter (MILK), water, natural yeast 8% (WHEAT flour and water), EGG yolk, ALMONDS turrón de Jijona (20%) (Marcona ALMONDS and honey), white chocolate (cocoa paste, cocoa butter, sugar, MILK powder, SOYA lecithin), EGG white, honey, fructose, emulsifiers: SOYA lecithin, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, citric peels (orange, lemon, lime and clementine), Madagascar vanilla Bourbon. Icing: sugar, HAZELNUTS, ALMONDS, WHEAT starch and cocoa powder. Topping: Nibbed sugar. May also contain SESAME, PEANUTS and SULPHITES. STORAGE & CARE Keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep it in it's own packaging and consume within 7 days.
