Solomillo, or tenderloin, is the leanest cut. It is very versatile and works well on the barbecue or grill as it cooks quickly and evenly. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes turning frequently and leave to rest before serving. One pack contains 3 loins, enough for 3-4 people as a main course.
