Brindisa's association with Balham started when we moved to our warehouse on Weir Road. We opened this neighbourhood Deli in 2017, specialising in cheese and charcuterie, plus Spanish store cupboard ingredients. The deli now stocks Brindisa favourites, including ham and Charcuterie cut to order, artisan cheese, as well as foods from some local artisan makers such as fresh bread from BreadBread and smoked salmon from Smoke & Cure in Streatham.

Located in the heart of Borough Market, our bustling shop offers an unrivalled range of delicious Spanish food with something to satisfy all lovers of Spanish gastronomy. Open Monday to Saturday every week, our shop sells the highest quality hand-carved Ibèrico and Serrano hams at the ham counter, alongside fresh and cured meats.

For more than 10 years, come rain or shine, we have been making up our world-famous Brindisa chorizo rolls outside our shop in Borough Market.
Using the highest quality ingredients, our famous chorizo rolls are made from spicy chorizo, served straight from the sizzling grill, sandwiched in a sliced ciabatta with juicy piquillo peppers and crisp rocket leaves.
