CAREER GROWTH
Your development
We take the development of our people very seriously. Partly because we know it’s a reason why great people want to join and stay at Brindisa - to further their careers, to become a better version of themselves, and to play a part in growing a successful business. Below is a brief summary of our approach in developing our people.
¡Bienvenido!
We make a big effort to give people a warm welcome whether you hold a part-time, full-time, intern or temporary position. You will meet the team and spend time with other departments you may interact with. Obviously having lunch in one of our restaurants is a must as well as meeting some of our customers when you accompany one of our drivers on their delivery round.

Food Knowledge
The Brindisa range covers the full spectrum of Spanish fine foods and ingredients from cured hams and cheeses to olive oils and a wide range of other traditional conserved products, all of which are chosen for their exceptional quality and taste. It is really important that you have a good understanding of all our products so you are able to pass the information onto our customers. There are a number of ways you can learn about our products; either by working hands on in one of our kitchens, front of house, shops or warehouse. Either way we will offer you the opportunity to sample our wide range, attend training workshops, or if you’re lucky you will have the opportunity to see for yourself where they are produced and sourced in Spain.
