Local white grapes with red Monastrell create pale pink sparkling wine. Citrus, white fruit & summer berries. Wild citrus and white fruit typical notes of Mediterranean herbs such as fennel. A voluminous mouthfeel with good structure and an elegant, fresh and persistent finish. Delicious with Iberian acorn-fed ham.

Vibrant yet delicate, aromas of mandarin thanks to this blend of Albarino, Loureio & Caino grapes. A wine of great aromatic complexity, crisp aromas of mandarin, ripe melon and orange peel develop to delicate mineral, earthy and orange blossom notes. It is creamy with mineral touches that together with its fresh and mild acidity, offers aa pleasant and intense wine with a long finish. Best with Galician cuisine.

A refined white blend with historic roots, sourced from elevated vineyards once reserved for white grapes known locally as levantadas. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees for 4–6 months to preserve freshness while adding subtle texture. Fermented with native yeasts, it’s crafted with care — half aged on fine lees in stainless steel, and the other half in used French oak for subtle texture and depth. Bottled unclarified and with minimal filtration, it showcases the purity of its fruit and place. Light ruby in colour, it bursts with wild strawberry and red berry aromas. The palate is agile and smooth, with silky tannins and a lively, refreshing acidity that invites another sip.  Perfect with tapas, grilled white fish, or a selection of charcuterie. Crafted for earlier drinking while still capturing the intensity and character of Priorat, this wine is made from organically farmed Garnacha and Carignano grown on high-altitude slate vineyards in Poboleda. Grapes are hand-harvested, followed by cold maceration and slow fermentation by plot to preserve purity and detail. Aged without stabilisation and only fine filtration, with no oak used, this is a vivid, fruit-driven expression of the region. Perfect with grilled meats, rich vegetable dishes, or aged hard cheeses—especially good alongside rosemary lamb or hearty Mediterranean fare. Ingredients: 70% Garnacha, 30% Carignano grapes. Contains SULPHITES. 14% ABV.

Made only in exceptional vintages, this Reserva blends 95% Tempranillo with 5% Graciano, sourced from high-quality single vineyards La Pasada and La Montesa. The grapes undergo a long maceration before ageing for 12 months in a mix of American and French oak (60/40, both new and used), followed by 24 months of bottle ageing to build structure and complexity. These are fermented and then aged separately in a solera system, which involves a series of barrels where younger wines blend with older ones, ensuring consistency and complexity over time.  This sherry complements aged cheeses, especially blue cheese and Manchego, as it enhances their creamy textures and complex flavours. It also pairs beautifully with desserts, such as dark chocolate, caramel flan, and pecan pie, thanks to its rich, sweet profile.
