Wine and Cava

Castelo de Pedregosa Petit Cuvée is a refreshingly dry and versatile Cava, suitable for enjoying at any time. Bright citrus and fresh apple notes are balanced by subtle pastry nuances, developed through a minimum of 12 months’ ageing under carefully controlled conditions. A blend of grape varieties gives this sparkling wine a smooth, silky texture and a clean, fresh finish, making it both approachable and well balanced. Ideal as an aperitif, it also works well alongside starters, cured ham and cheeses, or simply on its own.

Loxarel A Pel Pet Nat is a minimal-intervention sparkling wine with a natural, slightly cloudy appearance and fine bubbles. It offers aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and wildflowers, with lively acidity and hints of minerals on the palate, with a clean and vibrant finish. Pairs beautifully with a classic dish like grilled shrimp skewers or seafood with a citrusy marinade. This wine is produced using the méthode ancestrale, where fermentation begins spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then bottled before fermentation completes, capturing natural carbonation. This method preserves the wine's fruitiness and results in a lively effervescence and slightly cloudy appearance. It's a testament to minimal intervention winemaking, highlighting the natural flavours and terroir of the Penedès region in Catalonia, Spain. Ingredients: 100% Xarel-lo. 12.5% vol. Local white grapes with red Monastrell create pale pink sparkling wine. Citrus, white fruit & summer berries. Wild citrus and white fruit typical notes of Mediterranean herbs such as fennel. A voluminous mouthfeel with good structure and an elegant, fresh and persistent finish. Delicious with Iberian acorn-fed ham.

Fresh Chardonnay with tropical, stone fruit and lively citrus; bright and smooth. An everyday white. An unoaked Chardonnay made to showcase the natural purity and freshness of the grape, with no intervention from wood. Sourced from 20+ year-old vines, the grapes undergo pneumatic pressing, brief maceration, and cool fermentation in stainless steel at 16°C for 12–15 days. The result is a clean, vibrant white that’s perfect for seafood, fish dishes, and roast chicken—an easygoing choice for everyday meals or relaxed summer gatherings.

Flor de Vetus Verdejo is a zesty white from Rueda, bursting with lime, green apple, and pineapple flavours. Hints of fennel and grass add depth, while crisp acidity makes each sip refreshing. The mineral undertones create a clean, elegant finish. Perfect for seafood, light salads, creamy pasta, and even spicy Asian or Mexican dishes. Ideal for warm days and alfresco dining. Ingredients: 100% Verdejo. 12.5% vol. Contains SULPHITES

Fruity yet fresh with intensity and length. Citrus, fennel & passion fruit. Typical Albarino, citrus fruits, fennel and passion fruit on the nose. On the palate, it is fruity but fresh, with good intensity and length. Great with seafood.

Vibrant yet delicate, aromas of mandarin thanks to this blend of Albarino, Loureio & Caino grapes. A wine of great aromatic complexity, crisp aromas of mandarin, ripe melon and orange peel develop to delicate mineral, earthy and orange blossom notes. It is creamy with mineral touches that together with its fresh and mild acidity, offers aa pleasant and intense wine with a long finish. Best with Galician cuisine.

A refined white blend with historic roots, sourced from elevated vineyards once reserved for white grapes known locally as levantadas. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees for 4–6 months to preserve freshness while adding subtle texture. Grown at 500–600m altitude, it’s an ideal match for grilled fish, shellfish, salads, and rice dishes.

A rare rosé made from a Tempranillo blend sourced from high-altitude, low-yield vines up to 75 years old. Bright, fresh, and aromatic with notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, currant and fennel. Fermented in steel and aged on lees for added texture and elegance. Ideal for aperitifs, tapas, and light Mediterranean dishes.
