This exceptional ham is made from the meat of free ranging Ibérico pigs that have been grazing on the pastures of the Sierra de Aracena in Huelva, Andalucía. The animals enjoy a natural diet of grass, cereals, and a touch of acorns, resulting in meat that's extraordinarily flavourful.
The ham boasts sweet, full aromas and an intense yet balanced flavour with a clean aftertaste.
