DESCRIPTION


Croquetas are a typical Spanish finger food, great for parties. They are made with bechamel rather than potato, like French croquettes. They are crisp, golden brown bites with the earthy flavours of wild and porcini mushrooms.

Ameztoi Croquetas are made following a family recipe. Local milk from cows grazing nearby makes the perfect base for a rich and creamy bechamel sauce. Coated with homemade breadcrumbs for a deliciously crispy texture. Additive, flavour enhancer and sulphite-free.

Deep fry from frozen in very hot oil at 175°C for 4 and a half minutes. Leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS Whole pasteurised cow's MILK (36%), Boletus edulis (10%), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, yeast, colours: paprika extract and curcumin), breading mix (WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, salt and corn starch), sunflower oil, binding agent (WHEAT flour and WHEAT starch), pork gelatine, white wine (SULPHITES), garlic, gelling agent: methylcellulose, Boletus edulis flour (0.1%) and white pepper. May also contain CRUSTACEANS, EGG, FISH, SOYA, MUSTARD and MOLLUSCS. STORAGE & CARE Keep frozen below -18 ̊C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 4°C and consume within 24h. Do not refreeze.

Mainland UK Delivery

  • Our standard delivery charge for Mainland UK postcodes is £4.50, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Saturday delivery is available for £10 for mainland UK postcodes.

  • Due to Brexit-related courier restrictions, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
  • For postcodes in the Scottish Highlands, our delivery charge is £14.95. This is typically a 48-hour service, but delivery can take up to 3 days.
  • Orders over £100 to the Scottish Highlands and Off Mainland UK qualify for free delivery.

Jersey & Guernsey

  • For deliveries to Jersey and Guernsey, please place your orders directly with our agents, Fungi Delecti.
  • Fungi Delecti typically delivers to Jersey within 1-2 days and to Guernsey once per week.
