This is a regional variant of the chorizo made using large pieces of acorn fed ibérico meat from the Dehesas of Extremadura, SW Spain.

It is made with large pieces of lean meat, combined with sufficient fat to give it a pleasing texture, and seasoned with mild smoked paprika. The flavour is rich, nutty and intense with a pleasing note of warm smokiness.


INGREDIENTS Pork, salt, paprika, dextrose, dextrin, vegetal fibre, spices and spices extracts, preservatives: E252 and E250. Made with 162g of Spanish pork per 100g of finished product. Moisture is lost during curing and maturation. STORAGE & CARE Keep refrigerated below 8˚C. Once opened, consume within 3 days. For best flavour, remove from fridge and open pack at least 30 minutes before serving.
