Croquetas are a typically Spanish finger food, great for parties, made from bechamel - rather than potato like the French croquettes. Crisp and golden brown bites with the earthy flavour of boletus edulis mushrooms.

Our frozen croquetas are a convenient way to enjoy this classic tapa without compromising on flavour and texture. They are to be deep fried from frozen for 4 min., although you can leave portions in the fridge defrosting but by doing this they will fry faster and will be much creamier.

*Brindisa will take all due care to package this item in a way to keep it frozen for up to 24 hours, and goods must be unpacked immediately upon delivery. If you are based in one of the delivery areas where we can’t guarantee next day delivery, please consult our Customer Service team for advice. Items that have defrosted in transit may be treated as fresh, with a reduced shelf life.

INGREDIENTS Pasteurised whole MILK, Boletus edulis (18.57%), WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), water, salt, yeast), butter (pasteurised cream (MILK) and lactic cultures), water, fried onion (onion, virgin olive oil, salt), binding agent (WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), WHEAT starch (GLUTEN), salt), salt, olive oil, garlic, nutmeg and white pepper. May also contain MUSTARD, SOYA. STORAGE & CARE Keep frozen below -18˚C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 4°C and cook within 48 hours. Do not refreeze. Cooking instructions: Deep fry from frozen at 180°C for 4 minutes or from refrigerated for 3 minutes.

  • During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date (Tuesday to Saturday). Orders can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance. 
  • Orders placed before 11:00 am are eligible for next working day delivery (Tuesday to Saturday). 
  • Please note that deliveries are not available on Sundays or Mondays for most of the year, except during peak trading periods in December. Orders placed after 11:00 am on Fridays will be despatched after the weekend for delivery from Tuesday onwards, unless a later date is selected. 
  • Our courier, DPD, will send a notification on the day of delivery with a one-hour delivery window - between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm - to help you plan your day. 
  • You may also specify a 'safe place’ for your delivery if no one will be available to receive it. Please be aware that we cannot request specific delivery times or calls from the driver.
