Our last delivery date before Christmas is Friday 20th December, but we recommend choosing a delivery date earlier than this, just in case of any unexpected courier delays. Your items will still be in perfect condition for Christmas.
Open your order upon delivery and place any chilled items in the fridge. Store-cupboard items can be kept in a cool, dry place—in the box they arrived in or wherever is convenient. Each product includes storage instructions on the label and on our website.
Yes! Gift wrapping is included as standard for our gift boxes and hampers, which come in branded Brindisa boxes or classic wicker hampers. Orders are shipped without pricing on the delivery note, so they can be sent directly as a gift.
Delivery is free on orders over £60, or £4.50 for orders under £60 (UK mainland). Delivery to the Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands and Islands is £14.50.
Absolutely! You can add a personalised gift message at checkout by clicking ‘Add a gift message’ below the calendar on the cart page. This message will be printed on the delivery note, with no pricing information included.

Our store-cupboard products have a long shelf life, cured meats have a use-by date of at least one month, and cheeses will stay delicious for at least 10 days from dispatch. We recommend scheduling your delivery a few days before you need it—safe in the knowledge that it will keep perfectly until the holidays.
