Olives and encurtidos (pickles) are consumed all over Spain, often with a beer or a glass of wine and perhaps a plate of charcuterie.
This mix contains sweet black Empeltre and crisp green Verdial olives as well as baby onions (cebollitas) and tiny gherkins (pepinillos); with a light pickle they are delicious at any time.
