DESCRIPTION

Made with a blend of Argudell and Picual extra virgin olive oil and infused with thyme. Cold-extracted to achieve a rich and balanced flavour. Smooth, fragrant and slightly earthy aroma. Using thyme picked from the state, each bottle is infused individually.

Ideal for raw finishes, especially red meats or roasted turkey. The oil's delicate flavour complements the natural richness of the turkey, enhancing its taste without overpowering it.
