Perello Olive oil 50cl
Perelló Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 500ml
Well-balanced blend of Arbequina and Empeltre olives. Soft fruitiness. Perfect all-rounder. This versatile extra virgin olive oil is a vibrant blend of olives grown in the fertile region of Navarra, Spain—an area renowned for its ideal olive-growing conditions. The olives are carefully harvested at peak ripeness and cold-extracted within 12 hours to preserve their freshness, flavour, and nutritional integrity. The result is a smooth, well-balanced oil with a subtle fruitiness, making it an excellent all-purpose choice for everyday use. It has aromas of golden apple, sweet almond, cut grass, ripe tomato, thyme, and blackberry. On the palate, it is soft and sweet with notes of almond and walnut, finishing with a gentle, peppery lift. Perfect for drizzling over salads, stirring into soups, dressing grilled vegetables, or complementing meats and pasta, this oil adds a delicate richness to any dish. Available in 250ml, 500ml, and 3L sizes. Please be aware the tins are fragile and can experience dents in transit. We will therefore not refund or replace any dented tins unless the product has been compromised or the tin is leaking.

a packet of paprica olive oil crackers reaña. the packet is redPerello paprika Olive Oil Reganas Crackers Cataluna
Paprika Olive Oil Crackers, Regañás
Hand-shaped and cut olive oil bakes with mild smoked paprika. Great on a sharing platter. Regañás are a traditional cracker from Andalucía. Ubiquitous in southern Spanish culture, they often grace tables instead of fresh bread. They are made with extra virgin olive oil and sesame and are shaped and cut by hand. Originally, these crackers were distributed among ship crews, who were often confined for long periods of time, and this was a long shelf life product to carry with them. Ideal with a sour cream dip or sardine pate. A 1-star Great Taste Awards winner in 2025 Note from the judges: "Visually, these are stunning and appetising. Super crunchy on the palate with a hint of charring and delicate notes of smoked paprika wafting through. Well seasoned and portioned, we enjoyed these."

The Perelló Story

In 1964, a young Gaspar Perelló created his olive business, sketching out the now-iconic image of a single gordal olive.

Brindisa's Buying team came across Gaspar's stand in Barcelona’s famous Boqueria Market, and a long-standing relationship began.
