An essential ingredient for making arroz negro using our Bomba rice or cuttlefish ink risotto with Calasparra rice. These small sachets are ideal for single use, creating a dramatic visual impact and adding a rich, savoury flavour.
Perfect with rice because it is absorbed into the grains, giving them a deep black colour, but also for making your own pasta or baking.
INGREDIENTS Ingredients: Cuttlefish ink (MOLLUSC), water, salt and thickener: E466. May also contain traces of FISH, CRUSTACEANS, MILK and CELERY. STORAGE & CARE Keep in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 20 days.
