A selection of freshly hand-carved bellota ibérico Jabugo ham and freshly-sliced bellota ibérico chorizo and salchichón from Extremadura.
The free-range bellota ham is expertly cured for 3 years by the Eiriz family. Their artisan production methods keep things as traditional as possible and create some remarkable hams with intense, complex flavours and aromas.
The ibérico chorizo comes from one Spain’s best producers, Señorío de Extremadura. Made from lean and fat of acorn-fed 100% ibérico pork this chorizo is full-flavoured and intense, with a succulent and juicy texture.
Also from Señorío the ibérico bellota salchichón (salami) is nutty and rich.
For best results, remove from fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.
How to enjoy: Place the slices on a warm plate for the fat to melt slightly. Eat the slices with pan de coca Catalan bread or picos de pan.
