ingredients
- 3 Large oranges
- 5 tbsp Nunez de Prado Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tsp Unió Moscatel vinegar
- 4 tsp orange juice (see below)
- 8 Gordal olives, rinsed and very finely chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Several grinds of black pepper
- 1 Romaine lettuce heart, leaves roughly torn
- 8 Large chicory leaves, cross cut into quarters
- 24 very thin red onion rings
- 150g La Peral Blue cheese [select weight from basket]
METHOD
- Peel the oranges, section, then cut each section into three - retaining the juice.
- Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, orange juice, chopped olives, salt and pepper.
- Divide the salad leaves and red onion rings between two plates.
- Crumble over the cheese and pour over the dressing.
