Bakeries in Galicia have long made products that would last on board of ships. Dried biscuits containing very little water were amongst the foods which were taken on most voyages. These traditional biscuits are still made, but now primarily to taste good. Round and crunchy, these biscuits have a mild taste of olive oil.

Artisan drying & selection. ‘Pasas de Málaga (moscatel raisins) are under the protected designation of origin (PDO) of Málaga, which guarantees their quality and traditional production. Traditionally sun-dried moscatel grapes from Axarquía in Málaga, Spain. This is an autumnal product produced for the Christmas market, and traditionally served with a cheese board.

Limited Edition Part of the collaboration between Perelló and London streetwear brand PICANTE. Housed in a extremely limited PICANTE x Perello tin, these iconic green manzanilla olives have a firm and meaty texture with a lightly bitter, briny flavour. Plump Marcona almonds are an indigenous variety to Spain, known as the “Queen” of almonds. Cultivated in the north-east regions of Aragón, Valencia and Cataluña, this varietal is prized for its sweet, nutty, buttery flavour and creamy texture.   Expertly selected, then gently fried and seasoned to perfection in small batches, Perelló Salted Marcona Almonds make a wonderful snack alongside a cold drink. Tree ripened black Empeltre olives from Aragón are preserved in the jar without the addition of any brine or marinade. This means that the full, fragrant flavour of the olives, along with the luscious oiliness of the texture, is allowed to shine out.
