Subtle hints of spice, nuts, and a touch of coffee add depth and intrigue. An exceptional choice for those who appreciate finely crafted, sweet sherry. Produced in Jerez, Andalucia, using a meticulous and traditional process, this sherry is created using a blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes. These are fermented and then aged separately in a solera system, which involves a series of barrels where younger wines blend with older ones, ensuring consistency and complexity over time.  This sherry complements aged cheeses, especially blue cheese and Manchego, as it enhances their creamy textures and complex flavours. It also pairs beautifully with desserts, such as dark chocolate, caramel flan, and pecan pie, thanks to its rich, sweet profile. For a savoury contrast, try it with foie gras or spicy Asian dishes, where its sweetness can balance out the heat.  Ingredients: 80% Palomino, 20% Pedro Ximenez. 20% vol. Contains SULPHITES.

Estrella Galicia is made from a specific wort in the only production facility of Hijos de Rivera, in A Coruña. It is a bright golden beer made from a selection of malts and especially bitter hops. This beer displays a neutral and light taste on the palate, with a very strong hoppy tone. It reminds to the taste of the barley and malt used in its production, with crispy roast notes and remembrances of dried fruits and nuts. Powerful Priorat with dark fruit and mineral notes; balanced by great acidity. For meat lovers. Crafted for earlier drinking while still capturing the intensity and character of Priorat, this wine is made from organically farmed Garnacha and Carignano grown on high-altitude slate vineyards in Poboleda. Grapes are hand-harvested, followed by cold maceration and slow fermentation by plot to preserve purity and detail. Aged without stabilisation and only fine filtration, with no oak used, this is a vivid, fruit-driven expression of the region. Perfect with grilled meats, rich vegetable dishes, or aged hard cheeses—especially good alongside rosemary lamb or hearty Mediterranean fare. Ingredients: 70% Garnacha, 30% Carignano grapes. Contains SULPHITES. 14% ABV.

Classic Rioja with ripe fruit, spice and vanilla. Quintessential oaky red with balanced finish. Made only in exceptional vintages, this Reserva blends 95% Tempranillo with 5% Graciano, sourced from high-quality single vineyards La Pasada and La Montesa. The grapes undergo a long maceration before ageing for 12 months in a mix of American and French oak (60/40, both new and used), followed by 24 months of bottle ageing to build structure and complexity. A refined, expressive wine that pairs beautifully with lamb, roast pork, and mushroom risotto—particularly well-suited to dishes with umami or earthy flavours. Freshest soft young sherry, bright acidity, sea air saltiness with hints of nuts & chamomile. Perfection. This Manzanilla has been aged for 8 years before bottling, making it a 'pasada' style. The extra ageing on a 'pasada' builds complexity, body and adds a hint of oxidation as the veil of 'flor' begins to thin. It is also an 'en Rama' or 'raw' Manzanilla meaning the wine has been bottled straight from the cask with no fining or filtration to preserve the body and freshness. The 'pastora', or 'sheperdess' was the first Manzanilla branch launched by Barbadillo in 1827. The brand was resurrected in 2014 to launch this wine - Barbadillo's finest Manzanilla.  Ideal with tuna empanada.

Vibrant yet delicate, aromas of mandarin thanks to this blend of Albarino, Loureio & Caino grapes. A wine of great aromatic complexity, crisp aromas of mandarin, ripe melon and orange peel develop to delicate mineral, earthy and orange blossom notes. It is creamy with mineral touches that together with its fresh and mild acidity, offers aa pleasant and intense wine with a long finish. Best with Galician cuisine.

Loxarel A Pel Pet Nat is a minimal-intervention sparkling wine with a natural, slightly cloudy appearance and fine bubbles. It offers aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and wildflowers, with lively acidity and hints of minerals on the palate, with a clean and vibrant finish. Pairs beautifully with a classic dish like grilled shrimp skewers or seafood with a citrusy marinade. This wine is produced using the méthode ancestrale, where fermentation begins spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then bottled before fermentation completes, capturing natural carbonation. This method preserves the wine's fruitiness and results in a lively effervescence and slightly cloudy appearance. It's a testament to minimal intervention winemaking, highlighting the natural flavours and terroir of the Penedès region in Catalonia, Spain. Ingredients: 100% Xarel-lo. 12.5% vol.
