DESCRIPTION

 A selection of four classic Spanish cheese and quince. Manchego with mellow sweetness; tangy Picos blue mountain cheese; rich, Vacherin-style Torta; buttery washed-rind Musgo Lavado and sweet quince jam with a hint of tartness. Quintessentially Spanish.
