  • 1/2 tsp La Chinata mild paprika + garnish

  • 100ml Brindisa Arbequina Olive Oil

  • 8 large raw prawns, shelled
  • 2 garlic cloves

METHOD

  1. Thinly slice garlic. Season the prawns with the paprika.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the garlic.
  3. Cook for around 2-3 minutes, until the garlic begins to turn golden.
  4. Add the prawns, turning as they start to turn pink.
  5. Stir continuously as the sauce begins to boil. Ensure the prawns are fully cooked through.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and serve.
