ingredients
- 1/2 tsp La Chinata mild paprika + garnish
- 100ml Brindisa Arbequina Olive Oil
- 8 large raw prawns, shelled
- 2 garlic cloves
METHOD
- Thinly slice garlic. Season the prawns with the paprika.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the garlic.
- Cook for around 2-3 minutes, until the garlic begins to turn golden.
- Add the prawns, turning as they start to turn pink.
- Stir continuously as the sauce begins to boil. Ensure the prawns are fully cooked through.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and serve.
