ORANGE, PADRON PEPPERS & BLACK OLIVES

ingredients

  • 1 orange and 1 red orange, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • Half a jar of black olives

  • 1 pack of Padron peppers
OUT OF STOCK
  • Extra virgin olive oil
IN STOCK

Method

1. Slice off the skin of the oranges. Slice up the oranges and lay on a platter. 

2. Slice the red onion and add to the platter.

3. Add half a jar of black olives and drizzle a generous amount of olive oil and black pepper over everything.

4. In a hot pan fry the Padron peppers with olive oil and season generously with sea salt. 

5. Add the Padron peppers to the platter.
