Method:
- First, slightly toast your bread and cut it open. We recommend using Catalan Coca bread, a crystal-like, delicate and light bread that has a perfect crunchy crisp crust. You can find it exclusively in our Balham Shop.
- Next, spread the Torta de Barros on the bottom half of the bread.
- Add the tomato slices and roast ham (available in our shops)
- Cut a couple of artichokes in half and place them on top of the ham.
- Finally, add some lettuce leaves and assemble the sandwich.
Little tip:
Leave the Torta de Barros out of the fridge at least for an hour before eating to warm up, and it will be gooey and easy to spread.
