Method:

  1. First, slightly toast your bread and cut it open.   We recommend using Catalan Coca bread, a crystal-like, delicate and light bread that has a perfect crunchy crisp crust. You can find it exclusively in our Balham Shop.
  2. Next, spread the Torta de Barros on the bottom half of the bread.
  3. Add the tomato slices and roast ham (available in our shops)
  4. Cut a couple of artichokes in half and place them on top of the ham.
  5. Finally, add some lettuce leaves and assemble the sandwich.

Little tip:

Leave the Torta de Barros out of the fridge at least for an hour before eating to warm up, and it will be gooey and easy to spread.
