CECINA & GOAT'S CURD SANDWICH

  • Coca bread
  • Goat's fresh curd

Method:

  1. First, slightly toast your bread and cut it open.  We recommend using Catalan Coca bread, a crystal-like, delicate and light bread that has a perfect crunchy crisp crust. You can find it exclusively in our Balham Shop.
  2. Next, spread the goat's curd on the bottom half of the bread.
  3. Add sliced cecina on top of the goat's curd.
  4. Cut a tomato and place the slices onto the cecina.
  5. Finally, spread pesto on the top half of the bread and assemble the sandwich.

Little tip:

Try making your own pesto using our Galmesan cheese.
