Method:
- First, slightly toast your bread and cut it open. We recommend using Catalan Coca bread, a crystal-like, delicate and light bread that has a perfect crunchy crisp crust. You can find it exclusively in our Balham Shop.
 - Next, spread the goat's curd on the bottom half of the bread.
 - Add sliced cecina on top of the goat's curd.
 - Cut a tomato and place the slices onto the cecina.
 - Finally, spread pesto on the top half of the bread and assemble the sandwich.
