- 1 jar butter beans

- 1 jar of pasta sauce

- 2 tablespoons of capers

- 3 tablespoons of black olives

- Sweet smoked paprika

- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Galmesan cheese

- Basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Spoon the beans into a saucepan. Pour over the pasta sauce. Add a little water to the empty jar and swirl out any remaining sauce into the pan.
- Add the capers, black olives, a sprinkle of sweet smoked paprika and oregano and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
- Serve on toasted sourdough with grated Galmesan cheese and a little fresh basil.
