ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 small tomatoes
  • 4-6 salad potatoes
  • Medium-sized cucumber
  • Gem lettuce
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Perello Alargada beans

  • Brindisa Arbequina EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

Method:

  1. Boil the salad potatoes and let them cool down (approximately 20 minutes).
  2. Chop all the vegetables and mix them together with the beans.
  3. Add the tuna, including the brine, and mix well.
  4. Add a handful of olives.
  5. Season with salt, and add vinegar and oil to taste.
  6. Arrange the boiled eggs on top.
