  • Vinaigrette:
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Fresh dill
  • Brindisa Arbequina EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

Method:

  1. Chop all the peppers, artichokes, and fresh dill.
  2. Mix the chopped ingredients with the butter beans and capers.
  3. Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing all the vinaigrette ingredients together.
  4. Mix the salad with the vinaigrette and top with chopped smoked almonds.
